Interior design of a family house with a duplex space

The family house is designed in a modern style. It is especially interesting for the study in the duplex space and high ceilings in the living room.

Maisonette

Kitchens with a dining room are visually hidden under the duplex part of the house. Natural materials are used here, mainly in the form of oak floors. The kitchen has a built-in wine cellar and doors built into the tiling. There is also a structured concrete trowel.

Embedded cantilever staircase

The living room with black and brick accessories is located in a room with high ceilings. They simply illuminate French windows reaching up to the ceiling. Behind the sofa, there are stairs leading to a duplex with a study, which may seem to levitate at first glance. This is due to the anchoring of the stairs to the wall.

Magnetic cabinets

The children's room is equipped with a cabinet system with a magnetic door, thanks to which the cabinet can serve as a magnetic board. The room is decorated in pink tones with its own desk and tall windows.

Lighting variations

The lighting in the whole house is solved by both ceiling lights and spotlights, but also by built-in lighting.
