Family house just outside Prague

An elegant home

The floors were chosen in light tones in comparison to the dark veneer on the furniture - the matt finish of smoky oak. The color is complemented with anthracit and white LTD. An interesting combination of the use of smoke glass and mirrors on some furniture surfaces.

In the kitchen

An artificial stone (for example Corial, HI-macs, Hanex...) was chosen for the kitchen worktop. It has enough advantages, such as its form, individual boars and sink are connected without visible joints and its hygenic, pleasant to the touch, etc. Thanks to the variability of its measurements, it was used here in two thicknesses variants. The commonly used three-centimeter thickness of the board (on the worktop under the window) was increased by 10 cm for the effect on the island. The overlap of the board enrlages the work surface and also represents the bar counter.
